    What's it all about?

Read holistic as 'whole-istic' because these therapies treat the whole - mind, body and soul (i.e. physiological and psychological symptoms.) Whilst pills may alleviate physical symptoms, they do nothing to help any underlying problem whereas holistic therapies will address them. Furthermore, it is important to realise that the holistic therapies are complementary therapies. They complement any existing medication or therapy that you may be taking.

How can holistic therapies help me?
Holistic therapies are good for making you well and, better still, keeping you well. They are a great preventative medicine. For example, just one reflexology session per month will help keep you in peak physical and mental condition.

    What next?
Contact me now and book an appointment. I visit your home or other appointed destination (e.g. hotel, hospital, workplace, etc.) to perform the treatment. Check out the treatments available and also the offers where you can save £s.

New stuff

Hello everyone. I hope that you're all keeping well. Here's this month's update and remember, if you've got any questions then please contact me.

I'm approaching the end of my first year of teaching at Park Lane College Keighley. Whilst it has been hard work (I'm new to it!!), it has been very rewarding and I've had the opportunity to work with a really nice bunch of students.

Also, I've managed to complete the first year of my Certificate Of Education at Park Lane College Keighley. This has been a real challenge but I've done it and I'm looking forward to my second year.

Now that I'm more confident with my teaching, I've introduced several new courses and workshops. All of them include lunch or refreshments and a complete set of comprehensive course notes.
