To
make an appointment, you can either call me on my mobile or
send me an email requesting me to telephone you. Don't be too
despondent if I don't answer the phone, it's probably because
I'm performing a treatment so just leave a message and I'll
get back to you. When you contact me, I will ask you some details
in order to make the appointment. Questions I'll ask are only
those that I need to set up the appointment. There will be no
unecessary questions. Such questions will cover:

title, name and address (so that I can find my way to your house
or ask for you on the 'phone)

Your
contact telephone number and/or email address (so I can contact
you)

The
treatment you require, date and time you want the treatment
doing (so I know what I'm doing and when!!)
