Once
you've got the knack of using a bible, try a novel (or vice-versa.)
Remember, however, to respect the oracle. Once you've mastered
this, try these more difficult exercises.
Bibliomancy
with pictures
Try
using pictures in place of words. You will need a lot of pictures
in the book. The same rules apply except that you focus on the
picture instead of the text.
Bibliomancy
for others
This
is a real test of your bibliomancy skills. You're going to interpret
for somebody else!! Ask a friend to use the book but don't let
them tell you of their situation. Having got them to find the
paragraph from the book, you will read it and make the interpretation.
This is much more enlightening as you don't know your friend's
situation and can't make the interpretation 'fit'.
