  1. Personal information of any nature will never be requested nor collected via the website. If you elect to contact me via email then your email address will not be passed on to any third party. Likewise, should I contact you via email, I would expect the same courtesy. As email is not a secure method of communication (i.e. it can be intercepted by others), if you contact me via email then use a nickname or part of your name but do not use your full name.

  2. Cookies are not used by the website. Browsers with cookies switched off before entering the website will still display all the functionality.

  3. Financial details such as bank account and credit card numbers will never be requested nor collected via the website. Furthermore, you will never be asked to provide financial details via email. Likewise, payment will never be accepted via the website. Payment will only be accepted, in person, at the time of the treatment. If you wish, you can receive a written receipt as confirmation of payment. If at anytime you receive an email purporting to be from myself requesting personal or financial details of any nature then do not respond to it. You may, if you wish, forward the email on to me so that I may investigate its source.

  4. I may, from time to time, use your personal information (i.e. your email address, home address or telephone number(s)) to contact you regarding the introduction of new treatments or promotions. You may, however, elect to be omitted from such promotions and you will not be contacted.

  5. I may be required to disclose personal information enabling me to comply with applicable laws.
