Reflexology
The whole of the body's organs and systems are mapped out on the feet. Massaging the reflexes of the feet has a beneficial effect on the organ in the body to which the reflex is mapped. For example, massaging the shoulder reflex will help with any problems with the shoulder. A full reflexology treatment takes in both feet. Therefore, the whole of the body's organs and systems are treated.
Not sure about having your feet touched? Perhaps, you've injured your foot. Try hand reflexology. It's just as good except that I work your hands instead of your feet.

45 minutes. The initial treatment will be a further ten minutes for the consultation.
