What
happens at a tarot reading session? |
 |
|
| |
First,
I telephone you to agree a place (usually, your home), date
and time for the treatment. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
I
arrive at your home (or other appointed place) and set up my
equipment. For your part, you will need to provide a warm, quiet
space free from interruptions. So, unplug the 'phone, pack the
children off to your in-laws, etc. We can use your table and
chairs if you wish. In any case, I will bring my own portable
table and chairs. Finally, you sign the consent form, I accept
payment and the treatment begins. |

The
reading takes the following course: |
|
| |
>
You sign the contract stating what is and what is not a tarot
card reading |
|
| |
>
We sit at the table or on the floor. |
|
| |
>
You choose a deck from my selection of tarot decks. Better still,
you can use your own if you have one. |
|
| |
>
You shuffle the deck (yours or mine) |
|
| |
>
I deal out the cards into a spread and begin the reading |
|
| |
>
The reading can be interactive if you wish. You might want to
ask questions or elborate upon something I've said. |
|
| |
>
There will be several different readings at the session |
|
| |
>
Finally, we discuss any further readings, make your next appointment
(where appropriate), I pack up and leave you in a better frame
of mind ... |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Using
your own deck is far more preferable than using mine. This is
because your deck is personal to you and has only your influence
upon it. If you want to get yourself a deck, check out a number
of decks by looking at the cards. See which ones appeal to you
most then make your choice. If you don't want to bother with
all that then I can provide you with a brand new deck (Rider-Waite
version) at a cost of £20 and we will use the deck at
your first reading. |
