What is Hydrotherm massage?
  History
Hydrotherm massage or just 'Hydrotherm' for short is a very new therapy. It is the creation of John Holman of HTS (International) Ltd. and the term 'Hydrotherm' is a registered trade mark of HTS (International) Ltd and is used here by permission. The massage is very different from conventional massage. It involves some of the ancient Ayervedic techniques but has also been developed in conjunction with sports therapists and other therapy areas. So, John Holman has created a blend of ancient and modern to produce the ultimate massage experience.

Laid on cushions of warm water ...
Another major diversion from conventional massage is that you are laid on cushions of warm water. This serves two purposes. First, it keeps you warm and promotes circulation. Secondly, the back can be massaged while you're laid on it!! How good is that? You are laid on your back throughout the treatment so there's no interruption to the massage in order that you have to turn over on your tummy for your back to be worked.
